• Oslo Børs ASA (including the marketplaces Oslo Børs, Oslo Axess and Oslo ABM and the market data unit Oslo Børs Informasjon (OBI), which will cease to be a separate company.)
• Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS)
• Oslo Clearing ASA (formerly known as VPS Clearing)
• Oslo Market Solutions AS (formerly known as Manamind)

Business activities will continue to be operated by the respective companies under the management of the company in question.
Oslo Børs VPS will use ”OSLO” as the unifying element of its corporate logo across the entire range of its activities. This means that all business areas, companies and marketplaces will adopt the ”OSLO” emblem.

About the merger

Oslo Børs Holding ASA and VPS Holding ASA merged 1 November 2007.
